Higashiginza Ramen Journey

[Shitamachi Tom] August 20, 2011 08:30

Ramen, which can now be said to be the soul food of Japanese people.

Ramen famous places are spreading not only in Tokyo but also throughout the country. I guess there is always one or two of your favorite ramen shops.

This [Higashiginza] is my familiar land, but I think it is one of the fierce battlefields where many famous ramen shops are crowded.

"Hakata Nagahama Ramen / Yamachan", "Hakodate Ramen / Funamizaka", "Hakata Creative Ramen / Ippudo", etc. are competing close to each other.

In addition, "Western-style ramen / lanuil" and "dandan noodles / ladder" are also attractive.

It is "Tokyo Ramen / Manpuku" that conveys a nostalgic taste. It is healed by the light flavor of soy sauce.

All of them are tastes that stimulate your appetite.

It would be nice to stretch your legs a little and enjoy the taste of ramen at lunchtime after the silver bra.

Please enjoy a variety of flavors depending on your mood.
