[Silver] October 12, 2011 08:30

"The 2nd morning tide canal goby fishing survey and canal exploration" was held on October 8.

The event will be hosted by the Asashio Canal Renaissance Council, co-hosted by the Tokyo Fisheries Promotion Association, the Tokyo Yakatabune Federation, and the park will shine in the Tokyo Port and Harbor Bureau, Chuo-ku, NPO water and greenery. The study group and cooperation were carried out by the Edomae Goby Resurrection Project, Harumi Triton Square.

The theme of this goby fishing survey is "The Asashio Canal is an area where one of the few shallow areas left behind in the inner part of Tokyo Bay. The shallow area is an important place for the growth of living things. We will conduct a goby fishing survey so that everyone can reaffirm the importance of the Asashio Canal ... ".

Many guests, including Mayor Yada, came to the guests, and the participants started grandly with 186 participants.

The booklet of “Ikimonos in the River” distributed on board is quite well-made and is a perfect material for learning about the ecosystem of the Sumida River. You can get it at the ward office. Origami, erasers, handkerchiefs, etc. were also popular among children.
