The annual "Betara City" will be held at Takarada Shrine in Nihonbashi Honmachi on October 19th and 20th.
I went there on the 19th.
I arrived around 4:30 in the evening, but the street was lined with stalls and shops selling various `` Bettazuke '' on both sides, including stalls and Shintakaya, full of spectators, shoppers, and people visiting shrines. Was.
Nearby, students from Atomi Women's University exhibited "History of Bettara City" and "Bettara's Manufacturing Process" made by visiting factories on panels. It seems that this year is the first exhibition.
In addition, we distributed recipes using "Betara" that we thought about ourselves, and we answered the questionnaire and held an event where a T-shirt hit if we were lucky.
The temperature was a bit low and it was cold, but I was calling out to everyone in a loud voice.
There were 6 kinds of recipes. I got 6 kinds of things to make them all.
I also received a recipe and immediately made and ate "Serotara" using "Bettar and celery" at home.
The sweetness and celery matched well, and it was just a good taste for beer snacks. I think it would be nice to add some mayonnaise.
The picture above is a T-shirt that you can get lucky.
I went to the vermilion seal stamp of Takarada Shrine, saw a mikoshi, bought a nearby "Otake Dainichi Nyoraiido Site" and returned.
The photo on the left shows 6 kinds of recipes and vermilion seal stamp.
