Hatchobori confectionary BROWN

1. December 6, 2011 08:30

The arrival "Ruretto" was delicious, so I visited the shop. It is the first floor of the building where the Hatchobori Post Office is located about 5 minutes from Hatchobori Station. Next door is a flower shop.

It's just lunchtime, so men and women who seem to be working in the neighborhood enter constantly. "I too ..." There is a scent of freshly baked cakes and bread in the small shop. First of all, 1,000 yen for 5 pieces in the "Ruretto" box and 1,050 yen for 6 roses. There are many kinds of cake and bread. When I was wandering around with one tong in my hand, I was told to a shop that felt like a bread shop, "It's also here." A little older shop, "delicious" aura is rising from all over the body. We decided to give bread together at the place we visited, and we had walnuts, blueberry bagels, and raisin rolls. I had a lot of trouble before I decided, but I can't do it at once.

"Ruretto ROULETTE is a cute car in French (which also means a game roulette), a crisp texture and a rich taste, carefully baked one by one. We do not use preservatives, additives, etc. "As you can see in the guide of the shop, it is a pie that feels nostalgic with a firm texture that is a bit different from the fashionable Western confectionery that gives priority to appearance. "When the company was founded in 1960, the city was surrounded by Horikawa, and a mulled fish called a success fish was swimming in a flock, and I often fished and played. However, four years later, most Horikawa was dried up in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics and Horikawa turned into the capital city ... "As stated on the website, Hatchobori, which has now become a business district, disappeared, but the taste of the tradition that has been made for more than 50 years seems to be increasing the number of fans. (I have increased by one person today.)

I thought it would be good for "New Year's cards", and when I asked, it would be sold out every year, so it was recommended to make an early reservation.
