This is a press photo exhibition taken by a news photographer of the Tokyo Photographers Association (Newspaper, Communications and Broadcasting (NHK) in Tokyo). We celebrated our 52nd photo exhibition as an annual event that looks back on 2011.
This year's work was a painful and sad event in great disaster, which was hit by the major earthquake and tsunami, mainly in the Tohoku region.
The horror of the tsunami...
When I looked at each one, there were things that were close to my heart, but there were also many bright smiles in the reconstruction.
The moment of the women's soccer World Cup `` Nadeshiko Champion '' and the appearance of women's figure skating Mihime Ando sliding on the ring with `` Hinomaru '', and the smiles and innocent appearance of many children were well photographed .
