The middle of my home is Tsukudani.

[Apricot peony] July 7, 2012 08:30

It's at the height of the middle season.
Some people have finished everything and are relieved, and some are still wondering what to do.

In my home, I gave Tsukudani of Tsukuda Island a long time ago, and everyone was very pleased, so since then, Onakamoto and New Year's gifts have always been decided to be Tsukudani on Tsukuda Island.

ck1203_1207061.jpgSome long-established Tsukudani shops are all delicious, but what I always care for is "Tenan".
There is also a fine box, but there is also a simple package that costs 1000 yen, so relatives who do not care much are here.
In addition, seaweed tsukudani with sachets is as easy as 200 yen, so it is useful to use it instead of a little greeting, regardless of whether you are mid-year or year-end gift.

Tsukudani, as the name implies, is the birthplace of Tsukuda Island.
At the beginning of the Edo period, fishermen who moved from Tsukuda-mura, Nishinari-gun, Settsu-kuni (now Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka-shi) built Tsukuda-jima, and they boiled small fish as "preserved food". The beginning of Tsukudani.
At first, soy sauce was not widespread yet, so it was boiled with salt, but what kind of taste was it?
After that, soy sauce came in, and it seems that it became the same seasoning as it is now.
The gift is, of course, delicious, but it is a product with such a history, so you will be more pleased.
