Blue ramen

[Mido] July 25, 2012 08:30

“There is no blue food in nature,” I read.
It existed.
Beehive Genki Nomoto, a ramen shop near JR Shin-Nihonbashi Station, July 18th
We started "blue ramen" only in summer.
It was widely reported in the media, so I thought it was made in line.
It was unexpectedly empty, so I entered the shop without line up.

The blue ramen poster reads: "It's cool to look and helps to eliminate summer batter
It is written as cold ramen."
The blue identity of the soup is natural blue pigment extracted from a kind of algae "spirulina".
So it seems that it is called "phycocyanin" and it seems to have an anti-aging effect.
A long time ago, when I was a child, I made colored water with morning glory flowers and played, just like that.
I have a color. This is when the ice candy "Garigari-kun" melts.
If I thought it was a color, I would use this "Ficocyanin" for Galigari.
It is characterized by the fact that even if you eat it, your tongue does not turn blue.

10 minutes after ordering and waiting, blue ramen was brought.
In the soup, ice floats, chicken and pork charsew and eggs are contained.
It is said that the noodles are homemade small noodles made by grinding whole grain flour with a stone mill.
And the blue soup was "salt taste" and it was not tasteful.
The noodles and ingredients are more delicious than the same, and the appearance is certainly cool,
After all, it is honest that blue food sensually reduces appetite
It's a feeling. Is 850 yen a little expensive?
There were many celebrity signs (colored paper) in the store.
How about stopping by your neighborhood as a story?
