Tsukiji Kaiseki cuisine Fujiki

To celebrate a friend's birthday, go to Kaiseki cuisine Fujiki.

 

It is a restaurant with a nice hideaway atmosphere in Tsukiji 7-chome.shine

Scrutinized seasonal ingredients are studded here and there.

It was a very delicious Japanese dish.notes

 Abalone, scallop, Junna, tomato jelly vinegar crab claws, mussels, eel, burdock Tosa boiled

 Tuna, white meat, prawn, and fried rags    I served sweetfish salted grilled with vinegar.

   Delicious with fragrant foodnote         Desert of kabosu jelly and warabi mochi 

I made a reservation, but it was full that day.
