impressionist, Ecole de Paris and 20th Century Art
A collection exhibition is being held at the Bridgestone Museum of Art (1-10-1 Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, 1-5777-8600) in Tokyo.
The Bridiston Museum's collection of paintings consists of three genres: Western modern paintings, Japanese modern Western paintings, and abstract paintings from pre-war and post-war eras. As you go around the exhibition room, you can see how the style changes, the differences in each expression, and the influence relationship.
Some of the works were celebrated in the textbook, many of them felt familiar, and I am surprised at the wide range of the collection. Why don't you visit us once?
