A warning ship on the shore

[kimitaku] December 4, 2012 08:15

keikaisenn1.jpgStanding on the banks of the Sumida River and Harumi Wharf and looked over the water.

There is a ship that has raised a flag and has been anchored all the time.

The flag is marked as "Vigilance Ship".

Looking around the ship,

Construction is always being carried out on the nearby shore.

For example, a bridge is being built, a quay is being constructed, or a dredging work is being performed.

Looking at the flow of ships coming and going, the sailors are sending a signal to a two-way ship.

In other words, it plays the same role as Cardman, controlling the flow of vehicles on roads under construction on land.

On land, during construction, a guardman quickly controls the fast flow of cars with a signal flag.

However, the control of the ship looks calm, but the control of the running ship is also difficult.

The ship can't stop quickly, so when the ship begins to see, the sailor shakes the flag, sends a signal, and begins control.

Then the ship follows the instructions to slow down the speed and turn to the right.

Aim at the running ship hundreds of meters away, stand up on the hexade, and continue to send signals.

At first glance, the flow of boats here in Chuo-ku, which seem to be gentle and is a key point of transportation, is worth a look.

Currently, construction of a road from Shin-Toyosu Ohashi (in the bridge), along the original MacArthur Road, across the east side of TOKYO TOWERS and the Sumida River, and toward Nishishinbashi is underway.

It seems that the completion is still far away, but the surroundings are changing little by little over the years.

From Kachidokibashi, Reimeibashi, Asashio Kobashi, etc., you can see patterns under construction.

In that case, please take a look at the "Vigilance Ship".

I'm working hard to guard the traffic of the ship.
