Birthday dinner at Ginza Latour

On the birthday of last month, I had a celebration at Ginza Latour in the Kojunsha Building.

 

This is also a shop I wanted to visit for a long time.

The chef is Shimizu, who trained at Tour Jardin in Paris.

I didn't hope because I'm coming on my birthday today.

With French in Ginza, this price is quite affordable for this content!

This Montracche was for fish, and I ordered Bordo's red.

It was an easy-to-drink wine that was mainly Merlot and was not so heavy.

Not only the fish, but also the warm vegetables around them were delicious.
