Luxury time - "11-bo Coffee Shop Cafe BECHET"

1. August 2, 2013 09:00

When I was talking about "the number of old-fashioned coffee shops has decreased," a friend told me that "there is a shop where you can drink delicious coffee roasted in-house" is "11bo Coffee Shop".

Before entering the shop, the good smell of coffee drifts because there is a roasting room at the entrance. It's on the first floor, but the entrance is a little deeper, so if you don't be careful, you'll pass by.

One step further, old jazz flows quietly from the vacuum tube in a unified space with a slightly retro atmosphere interior, so I don't think it's the city of Ginza facing Sotobori-dori St.

Beyond the large counter, there are glass bottles containing coffee beans. Looking at the label on the bottle, it seems that you can travel around the world while staying in Tanzania, Kenya, Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico, India, Sumatra, etc. My friend asked for the usual Italian roast (650 yen) for "limited time" Bolivian Copacabana (800 yen). Every time you order, weigh the beans, grind them, and drip them. It is quite a powerful technique to pour hot water little by little from a copper pot.

He said that he had actually had tendon sheathitis if he was talking with jokes saying, "It's going to be tendon sheathitis." Now it's ready. What a cup is Wedgwood. We had the recommended Gato Chocolat together. I don't get tired just by looking at the hand of the drip that responds to the coming order one after another.

When the customer calmed down a little, we talked to a female manager.

It is said that the shop was founded in 1978, so it has been operating for 35 years, and the store name CAFÉ BECHET is taken from jazz Sydney Bechette, who was a fan, and "11fusa" is derived from the words of Confucius. In addition, this time I have a full-time roast (650 yen) and my friends have the same Italian roast. The next cup is white porcelain. It is said to be a hotel specification in Wedgwood. Perhaps because of my mind, the temperature of the coffee is different from the previous one. ・・ ・ When asked, "It is easy to cool for those who use sugar and cream, so the temperature is slightly higher, and in the case of black, the temperature is slightly lowered so that it is easy to drink immediately!" ! It's a great concern. Sometimes there are customers who say "lukewarm". ・・・・

When you listen to some nostalgic jazz flowing from the vacuum tube and look at the art of the drip, a quiet and luxurious time flows. When I noticed, "Oh, this time!" 。 It was a pleasant afternoon.

Next time, I would like to try '93 Peru (1000 yen), a vintage that has been laid down for more than 10 years. (In fact, I was ashamed to know that coffee beans have vintages.)

It's right next to Ginza 1-chome Exit 4, so if you want to enjoy a delicious coffee and a relaxing time, please take a look. Of course, we also sell coffee beans.
