Coffee-only restaurant

[Ryokichi] November 1, 2013 14:00

There are many coffee shops in Ginza, but as the number increases in 7-chome and 8-chome, I feel that there are many authentic shops.

This time, I would like to introduce a restaurant in 8-chome that offers such authentic coffee. The shop is a coffee-only cafe de Lamble. The place is located on a slightly quiet street one back from Chuo-dori. It seems to be a famous shop for coffee lovers, and it is a shop with many regulars, but it is also open to those who are not used to it.

It's open at night, so I stopped by a little slowly after work and before dinner.

When I entered the store, the clerk asked me what I liked. I wanted to drink a sour taste that day, so I told you that, and I recommend that old coffee (guatemala) that has been stored (aging) for more than 10 years. If you order it for pleasure, it will brew coffee with careful work.

It wasn't enough to wait so long, but after a while, a rich aroma drifts in front of me. I'm glad to give you something that you can't drink easily, but the aroma and taste meet your expectations. I'll take a bite while it's hot. Rich taste. A good balance of thickness and acidity. Delicious coffee is a taste that makes you feel like this kind of coffee.

It's delicious, so I'll drink it at an early pace. I want to drink more and add a blend. I drank too much. It's an unbearable shop for coffee lovers. I don't recommend a lot of coffee in the evening, but you may want to drink a lot of coffee here.

As expected, it's just a coffee shop!
