Winter illuminations

[whatever] December 20, 2013 17:22

In December, the night of the downtown area will be dazzling with illuminations. It is not admirable to the sparkle around Ginza, but winter illuminations are also shining in the neighborhood Hakozaki Park.

On winter nights, the number of walking people decreases, so it is safe to have a place that illuminates your feet.
By the way, there is a statue of Shoin Yoshida in this park. I thought, "Matsukage in Hakozaki-cho?", But there is a signboard explaining the origin of the statue. It was built at the request of Mitsuko Iwai, a sixth-year student at Hiroko Hakozaki Elementary School, who died of illness at the end of 1937. I was impressed by someone's way of life in sixth grade ... I was impressed by Mitsuko Iwai.

The Royal Park Hotel is a few minutes walk from Hakozaki Park. This is also welcoming customers with the illuminations of the New Year.

This is "Japanese lantern Illumination" on Ningyocho Street. Isn't it? Until January 17th, vague lights illuminate the street at night.
