Operation course From Shibaura Minami Wharf Park to Harumi area

The port of Tokyo opened as an international trading port on May 20, 1941.

Tokyo Minato matsuri celebrates the opening anniversary of the port, and various events are held every year on Saturdays and Sundays around May 20, with the Harumi Passenger Terminal as the main venue.

This year, the 66th year, was held for two days on May 24 and 25.

At the venue,

①PR corner of organizations related to Tokyo Port entitled "Look! Touch! Tokyo Port"

②"Water Fire Pageant" by the Tokyo Fire Department

③Uncommon ship Akihiro, Kairyu, and Kaitakamaru are open to the public

④Open to the public of the fire boat Miyakodori

⑤Port stage traction

There are plenty of events.

The Port of Tokyo has port facilities that support the lives and industries of 40 million people in the Tokyo metropolitan area, while the coastal area has a wonderful view of the waterside city.

There are also mini-tours to enjoy Tokyo Port from both the sea and land by riding a so-called "restaurant ship" that operates at Tokyo Port, and a bus that goes around the viewpoint of Tokyo Port.

The course is Harumi Venue-Tokyo Gate Bridge (train window)-Seominan Wharf Park (get off: about 20 minutes)-Rainbow Bridge (train window)-Shibaura Minami Wharf Park (get off: about 15 minutes)-Harumi Venue.

It takes about 2 hours.

The service was operated four times in the morning and afternoon of both days, but I heard that there were about four times the application.

Despite the fine weather on the first day, the sky was slightly hazy and the view was somewhat difficult, but while enjoying the scenery at the viewpoint, I was able to get a glimpse of the aspects that modern port was created as a system with various functions.

On this day, the "Water Fire Pageant" was also on the tour and a distant view from the opposite shore.
