A party to enjoy seaweed <Yamamoto-noriten>

 On the evening of June 4, the first "Nori Enjoying Party" was held at Yamamoto-noriten Nihonbashi Main Store.

(18:45~19:45)

The theme is "The secret of beauty found with seaweed."

First of all, 1 butter + soy sauce flavor 2 butter + cheese + soy sauce flavor nori toast is served (I).

I started with a lecture on "The story of Nori".

Then, 1 corn soup, 2 cream potage, 3 tomato potage "3 kinds of soup" +

①Taste of brown rice 2 sesame flavor "2 kinds of tidbits seaweed" (II).

After the lecture on "Nori no nutrition", "Take-baked seaweed experience" and "hand-rolling experience (variety ingredients sampling)" (III).

Nori is added to umami ingredients.
