Marugoto Museum 2014 Akashicho Disaster Prevention Pieces Boarding Report

[Ginzo] 14:00 on November 7, 2014

The Akashicho Disaster Prevention Pieces on the Sumida River Terrace near St. Luke's Tower, which was operated as one of the means of transportation at the whole Museum 2014 and is used as a disaster prevention dock in case of emergency. We enjoyed visiting the Akashicho Waterside Line tour route as a base for departure and arrival. It's time to start. (The picture is the same boat that started earlier.)

The route goes down the Sumida River from the Akashicho disaster prevention pier, and crosses the Kachidokibashi, under the Tsukiji Ohashi Bridge, which was bridged in May this year and was named by the public open call for participants.

Passing under Harumi Bridge and Aioi Bridge, pass through Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge while looking directly above the messenger statue of Chuo-ohashi Bridge, in front of the Ecchujima dock, Paris square, and return to the Akashicho disaster prevention pier near St. Luke's Tower.

It was different from the rain the day before, blessed with good weather and it was a very enjoyable boat ride. I loved Chuo-ku more and more by knowing that there is a disaster prevention dock in the 30-minute course, knowing the sea, and changing the viewpoint and looking at the land. Also, I thought it would be nice if this course became a tourist course.
