Recommended lunch by chef of Ginzashi

[Mapo ★] February 27, 2015 14:00

A creative Japanese restaurant located on the 7th floor of the New Ginza 5 Building on Namiki-dori St.

Maybe it's a new building, the shop is also very beautiful.

The wine cellar up to the ceiling is also powerful, and it seems good to eat at the counter.

On the wall of the seat near the entrance where we sat, there is a wind god!

The chef's recommended lunch is 5,400 yen.

It seems that there is also a lunch box (3780 yen) limited to 10 meals a day.

The soup was clam (upper right), but I'm not good at shellfish, so I could change it.

It was alfonsino's soup (*^^*)

Sixth item, the menu of the item was a duck confeit.

On this day, I purchased a very good straw at Tsukiji in the morning, so I changed it to it.

It was certainly greasy and very delicious.

It's nice to be able to eat the seasonal ingredients purchased that day like this.

First, there is an amusement-like one, grilled sesame tofu, sashimi (sea bream)

8 dishes including soup, straw, miso stew of angler, cooked rice for the first time, dessert.

All of them were elaborate and delicious, the service was excellent, and the lunch was very satisfying.
