Fukumitsuya was founded in 1625 in sake brewery, Kanazawa. The shop's concept is "Fered Beauty of sake brewery," suggesting that various ingredients such as natural amino acids produced from rice fermentation work beautifully inside and outside the body.
It consists of a product sales space and a food and beverage corner "fermentation bar".
From March 18th, "Sakura BAR" with a menu related to cherry blossoms, with lacquerware of Wajima Kirimoto in line with "Ginza Fashion Week", "Sakura BAR" (Sakekasu Sakura Anmitsu, Sake Kasu Sakura In the middle of Sake Kasu Sakura, Junmai Ginjo Sakura Sake <with sake appetizer>) starts.
You can also enjoy "Sake Kasu Peach Parfait", which is made with sake lees ice cream on a seasonal sake lees roll cake and topped with white peach jelly and sauce.
