There are about 120 ramen shops in Kitakata City, and the number of shops per population is said to be the best in Japan, and along with Sapporo Ramen and Hakata Ramen, it is counted as one of the three major ramen in Japan.

The soup is light with soy sauce flavor, the noodles are flat noodles with a unique shrinkage, and the texture is soft and sticky. The ingredients are char siu, green onions, menma, and nart. It's a good taste of Japanese soba.
