This year, Kanda Myojin is the 400th anniversary of the transition to the current location.
The shrine parishioner of Kanda Myojin includes many towns on the north side of the Nihonbashi River, but this time I focused on the local former Nihonbashi Tachibanacho (now Higashi Nihonbashi 3-chome).
Around 13:00, the procession of Shinkosai passes through Yokoyamacho.
Then I arrived at Yakken Mining Fudoin at 13:30. Since there was a former Kariya in Ryogoku (present-day Higashi Nihonbashi 2-chome), the Shinto ritual, which is called "day-gosen" is held here, during which three portable shrines are lined up. This is the only place where three units are available outside Kanda Myojin.

The center is Ichino Miyahoren (Daikoku-sama is on board). On the right side is Ninomiya portable shrine (Ebisu-sama rides). On the left is Sannomiya Horen (TAIRA no Masamon will be on board).
The portable shrine of Nihonbashi 4 districts (Bakurocho, Yokoyamacho, Tachibanacho-Higashibashi 3-chome, Ryogoku-Higashibashi 2-chome, Yanokura-Higashibashi 1-chome), which were waiting for the line to arrive at Yakken Duri Fudoin, will start imperial procession.

This is a portable shrine of Tachibanacho, which is my blog name. It is the current Higashi Nihonbashi 3-chome, but when it comes to the festival, the old name is revived and I am very happy.

This is the child portable shrine who was carrying as a child, but it is quite heavy and miniature version of adult portable shrine.

And 60 years ago, before the child portable shrine was able to carry it, I was pulling this float and polishing the drums with Dondon Kakkacker.
I couldn't see the festival until after Ningyocho, so I went to Arima Elementary School in oyster shell-cho, where I was gathering waiting for my turn.

And it is "Soma Nomaoi Equestrian Warriors" going on Ningyocho-dori St..
The festival is really good. The festival for me has always been Kanda Festival since my house is shrine parishioner. I have loved it since I was a child. It is especially good to walk around the town with portable shrine. I just see it now, but my body still takes the rhythm of portable shrine.
The following year after Kanda festival, there is a Sanno festival and "I love it! Chuo-ku!"
