Fluffy Baumkuchen [Club Harrier B-studio Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Store]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] June 11, 2015 14:00

We went to the new building of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store and "Club Harrier B-studio Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Store" on the second basement floor to eat fluffy barmkuchen.

I was able to sit without waiting because I removed the crowded time zone.

I ordered "freshly baked Baumkuchen Set". You can choose a drink.

Fresh cream is served with 4 slices of Baumkuchen.

Both Baumkuchen and fresh cream are not too sweet and not too squeezed, and you can enjoy the goodness of the original ingredients.

Club Harrier B-studio is a shop-in-factory-style shop that bakes in front of customers, and here Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi is Club Harrier's first Baumkuchen specialty store in the Kanto region.

Baumkuchen, where you can see how it is baked even more and see how the freshly made is cut, is just freshly made, fluffy, deep taste and sweet fragrance, and creates a happy time.

Because it is a very popular store, it is recommended that you go to the vacant time ().

By the way, the origin of the name of the company that originated in Omihachiman City, Shiga Prefecture, is a dream of the glass painting "Glass-e", which is warm and sparkling like a" club (club) where people gather and talk.-"
