R0034287RRSG.jpg This year's “Town Walking” tour hosted by the Chuo-ku Tourism Association started at the end of last month.

This time, we will introduce the new course “Special Industrial Course” held on July 14 <around Tsukiji walking with correspondents of the tourist association>.

On the day, the Japanese Islands were covered with high pressure, warm and humid air flowed from the south, and the temperature rose nationwide. The highest temperature in Tokyo was also 34.3°C.

Before 10:00 on time, six participants on the day gathered at the meeting place "Time Dome Akashi" and started immediately.

First of all, we explore the characteristic footprints of Tsukiji settlement, which has many so-called intellectuals such as minister / consulate, evangage, medical care, and education, and then explore the characteristic footprints of Tsukiji settlement, which is also known as a hidden gourmet spot, and the back of Tsukiji 7.6-chome area "Tsukiji".

The corner of the Namishi Inari Shrine, which has been built for more than 350 years, has undergone a major change in the swell of the times, and the shrine has consistently been guardian god in Tsukiji.

Finally, I visited one of the long-established stores in the out-of-office market, "Tamagoyaki Daisada", talked about the history of the shop and the products, and touched on the spirit of business that inherits the tradition.

"Daisada" has been in business for more than 80 years.

The selling point is the egg ware, which excels in the three flavors of “taste”, “materials (chicken eggs stored with special feed prescribed by Chinese medicine)” and “techniques”.

The standard "Tsukijino" for sushi restaurants, a reprint of the taste of Imperial Household Agency's purveyor at the time of its founding, "Edo-mae", "Edo-Dashiyaki" for Japanese restaurants with broth, and "Small Honey" using honey instead of sugar, etc.

The soup stock and sweetness are different <Family Four Seasons-Kaori ~> The color and texture are different <Flavor 4 dishes ~ Yutaka ~> There is also a "fun pack".

There are 22 egg warehogs lined up at the back of the store, and the appearance of craftsmen baking one after another is spectacular.

11:30, the tour ends.

Mr. Ishii, thank you very much for your valuable story while you were busy.

Thank you very much for your participation.
