Soseki Natsume resurrected, went to Takiyama-cho! ?

[Yotaro] September 30, 2015 18:00

IMG_1190.JPG Bungo Soseki Natsume (1867-1916) appeared at the Ginza Asahi Building rebuilding site in Ginza 6-chome. On both sides of the temporary enclosure at the site, Namiki-dori St. side and Sony Street side, portraits of Soseki and illustrations of novels "Sanshiro" and "King Dark" (Natori Shunsen painting) are drawn.

This is the place where the former Takiyama-cho, Tokyo Asahi Shimbun, where Soseki joined, was located (currently Ginza 6-6-7). Near the Namiki-dori St. Road, there is a song monument of Takuboku Ishikawa (1886-1912), the company's proofreader. People who usually look at this and pass by IMG_1192.JPGseem to be now caught by Soseki opposite.

Soseki resigned in 1907 (1907) as a teaching profession at Teidai and Ichiko and joined Tokyo Asahi Shimbun. I was surprised by the difference in social reputation at that time, but I dared to say, "If a newspaper shop is a business, a university shop is also a business," and "I don't feel like I'm alive without writing something." I'm going on the path of literary creation. Starting with "Ago Bijingusa", it will be sent to the world as a serial novel in the Asahi Shimbun up to "Sanshiro", "Kokoro" ... and unfinished "Akiko". In addition, he presided over the literary column and promoted up-and-coming writers, giving a place to present. I didn't have a duty to go to work, but when I came to the editorial meeting on Wednesday, the number of words was small, but it seemed that it was a lively meeting with unexpected words with a simple face.

IMG_1199.JPG I, Yotaro, wrote this blog twice about the relationship between Soseki and Chuo-ku in the past, but at that time, I remember him in this important place that is most closely related to Soseki in the city. I was sorry that there was nothing. Two years later, after the construction is completed, this enclosure will be gone. At that time, I hope that a new and permanent monument will be created. Next year 2016 will be 100 years after Soseki's death, and next year 2017 will be 150 years of birth, a major milestone is approaching.

Soseki's serialization of "From then" and "Mon" overlaps when Takuboku was in office. Takuboku would have been in charge of proofreading.

Fifteen Nights (On Sumida River Terrace)

[TAKK...] September 30, 2015 16:00

The fifteenth night of 2015 was September 27 (Sun).

It's also called the mid-autumn moon and the potato moon.

In fact, the fifteenth night is September 27, but the full moon is September 28.

It doesn't seem that fifteen nights are always full.

A part of the new Suitengu Shrine has appeared.

[pont] September 30, 2015 16:00

A part of the new Suitengu Shrine under construction has appeared.

F1000015.JPG

The building that seems to be main hall worship hall has been covered and a brand-new appearance can be seen from the outside.

You can do it. I took a picture at night.

In the Edo period, the Suitengu Shrine in Kurume, Kyushu, was the lord of the Arima family.

It was recommended to Edo Yashiki, and the location is different from the current location.
It is not a local god of Ningyocho and Kakigaracho area.

However, many worshipers come from various places to pray for safe delivery since the Edo period.
It's still the same.

Construction is still ongoing, and the transition from the current temporary palace (Hamacho) will be earlier.
We look forward to the day when you can visit again as a popular spot in Ningyocho.

The ability of the city where the song falls

[Koedo Itabashi] September 30, 2015 14:00

What is this sense of unity?

Everyone who listens is shaking with the rhythm they want.

Screams fly, and clapping is born.

I'm enjoying the sound.

"Kanazawa Jazz Street 2015" was held during Silver Week.

In recent years, there have been many music events such as jazz in the city.

The atmosphere is different from anywhere in those cities.

I felt like I was grumbled by the denseness of the density.

Oh, here's Kanazawa.

More than 100 bands on 18 stages in the city.

From combo composed of several people to big bands and orchestras

From clubs for elementary and junior high school students to professional and professional stages

What is still different is the diversity of the venue?

In addition to indoor, street corner plaza stage, open park large stage,

When you see the Omicho Market, Kanazawa Higashibetsuin, and Oyama-jinja Shrine precincts turned into a venue, you can see that the venue was changed.

There was a laugh as if I could do it so far.

The stained glass embedded in the gate of Oyama-jinja Shrine receives the remnants of summer.

When you start to shine, your heart that is solid in your life will match your jazz swing.

I felt like I was getting loosened little by little.

A city where Kaga Hosho-ryu songs are said to fall from the sky.

The accumulation of history that has built up a rich culture.

The eyes were washed by the trees on the approach to Hakusan Hiji Shrine.

See people who enjoy space inside and outside the 21st Century Museum of Art, which blends into the city.

The sound of jazz street.

I felt a pleasant enviable in the city of Kanazawa.

On each floor from the first basement floor to the second floor, there are a lot of works that relax your mind and make you feel better.

Mid-Autumn Moon <Sumida Riverside>

[Sam] September 30, 2015 11:00

DSC01465RSG.jpg This year, September 27 is the 15th of August in old calendar.

During this season, the moon rises at an angle suitable to look up in the clear night sky, and it is considered the best season for moon viewing, but typhoons often hit and fronts stagnate near the Japanese Islands It does not necessarily seem to be blessed with good weather in a wide area.

Fortunately, this time, we sometimes hiding in the clouds, but we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful moon.

"Fifteen nights" means "the 15th night when the New Moon Day is the first day", but in fact, since the cycle of the phases of the moon is not exactly one month, subtle differences depending on the year occur, "Mid-Autumn Moon" is not necessarily a full moon, and in this year, the next day is the full moon.

But it looks like a very bright moon, almost round.

This year, the 28th of the following day is the "Super Moon" day, where the moon turning around the earth in an elliptical orbit becomes the full moon at the time closest to the earth in the year.

You can enjoy a special month for 2 consecutive days.

By the way, the Super Moon on the 28th looks about 14% larger in diameter than the smallest full moon this year (March 6), and the brightness is about 30% higher.

It is said that Heian nobles enjoyed the moon reflected in cups and ponds, rather than looking directly at the moon.

Sumida River Terrace in Shinkawa Park. The river surface is illuminated by the light of the bridge, the outside lights, the lights of buildings on the riverbank, the lights of the water bus, etc., adding color to the atmosphere.

In memory of his late friend...@ Grill Switzerland

[Kenken] September 30, 2015 09:00

This will be the first time in a while.

Today, September 26th is the birthday of a 30-year-old best friend who died terrorism in New York, USA 14 years ago.

On this day, I'm a friend from high school, and I'm going to mourn by eating Katsu curry that he liked. Nowadays, there are various places where everyone works and places where they live, so each eats cutlet curry in various ways in their favorite places.

After a long time, I visited Grill Switzerland (Ginza 3-5-16) and decided to remember my late friend by having the famous "katsu curry".

From here, change your mood and report brightly.

There is a shop located on the Yurakucho side of Ginza 3-chome, Chuo-dori, one street.

Roofs with white and red lines (?) It is a small shop with a landmark. (I forgot to take a picture of the exterior....)

Even after 12 o'clock, I was alone in the store, which was vacant except for me, so I decided to sit in the counter seat facing the wall.

As is the case at the last visit, the standard "Chiba-san's cutlet curry" was born from the word "Please put a tonkatsu on curry" of Mr. Chiba's number 3 of the giant in front of Mr. Nagashima. Or "W cutlet curry" with a service discount at lunch time, I'm wondering if you want to do it.

So, just like the last time, I ordered a W cutlet curry and a medium bottle of beer. (I remember that I regretted that it was better to ask for a small bottle instead of a medium bottle last time (laughs).)

In a small store, the voice of the clerk's female order resonates.

The soup that looks like this potage is brought after the beer bottle and glass.

150926 Soup at Grill Swiss 2.jpg

This is not a potage, but a soup that dilutes the thickness of the cream stew white sauce and tastes it. It's pretty good. However, it is quite hot, so you need to be careful when you have it (laughs).

While having hot soup and a little more beer, the main W cutlet curry is now available!

One is completely hidden in the sauce, but there are two well-lifted cutlets (this is "W").

As it is fried well, the cutlet is kept crisp even if curry sauce is applied. It's good!

Curry sauce is a sauce with almost no vegetables or meat in shape, which you can see that it has been boiled over time. It's a sauce that insists on its existence, as if it's not too spicy and not too sweet, or as if it's a cutlet you ride. We have a good taste.

While doing so, customers can come in constantly. Most of the men and women were alone.

Despite the middle of Ginza, it feels like a relaxing time flows. Soak in the afterglow of cutlet curry that has been flat in no time.

As mentioned above, the restaurant's stay time is almost 30 minutes. We enjoyed the very delicious cutlet curry and the tasteful atmosphere of the store, dedicated it to a late friend, and left the store.

For a while, it's a good idea to attack with a gourmet report (laughs). Thank you very much for your feast.
