"Railway remain Rediscover REDISCOVERY - Legacy of Railway Infrastructure" is being held at LIXIL Gallery next to the Police Museum, facing Chuo-dori, Kyobashi 3-chome.
This exhibition introduces 14 "Railway remain" through photographs by civil engineering photographer Yoshikazu Nishiyama, as well as commentary panels, models, videos, and real rails.
The picture of the bridge as remain is very beautiful.
At the venue, models of diesel locomotives running on the "Yanase Forest Railway in Kochi Prefecture", images of bridges such as the "Hokkaido Shihoro Line" and the "Gunma Prefecture Usui Line", and "Sado Gold and Silver Mine Track Rails" are on display.
The theme of this exhibition was "rediscovery," and in the press release comments, I felt the charm of the railway remain, which I had never been aware of before, backed by the weight of history, backed by the weight ofremain.
The event will be held from Thursday, August 27 to Saturday, November 21.
Closed days are Wednesday, admission is free, photography is OK.
