A festival

[Old Rose] Nov. 24, 2015 18:00

November 14 at Nihonbashi Yamamoto-noriten as a “seasoning party to enjoy seaweed”

Dr. Atsuko Furukawa of the regional cuisine Study Group in Chiba Prefecture

I had the opportunity to make "Festival Rizushi" in front of me.

At first, a quiz about glue,

Next was the teacher's demonstration.

It's a decorative sushi roll that I wanted to make at least once.

That's right, with the teacher's stupid handling,

And others were sighing.

I could experience the first petal roll.

I felt like I got a little trick.

The classroom is wrapped in sushi rice and the smell of seaweed with a good scent.

In a limited amount of time, I was able to ask questions to the teacher even after finishing.

Lastly, I would like you to introduce the history of Yamamoto-noriten.

It is also adorned with Yoko Yamamoto's Guinness certificate.

I was able to learn about this event.

Please join us next time.
