The Bank of Japan's monetary museum renewal

[Marsha Horiuchi of Edo] 14:00 on December 2, 2015

The money museum, which shows the history of money, has been renewed for the first time in 30 years.
It is very easy to understand compared to the previous exhibition, and there is also an experience corner, which is brighter.
How about walking around the Muromachi area? Admission is free.

First of all, the history of money, especially Japanese money, is imitated by incorporating Chinese copper coins around the 6th century.
There is a panel display that makes it easy to see that you have made your own money and banknotes.
→What I thought was that during the Edo period, based on the feudal system, the foundation of capitalism called the monetary economy.
It was established that it made the foundation of Japan today.

And there is a device that allows you to see the actual gold, silver, and oval, etc.
You can also feel the 100 million yen bill bundle by hand (it's not so heavy, isn't it?)
It may be perfect for extracurricular classes at school, and it is recommended for everyone.
I can't be rich just because I visited here, but I don't care much until now.
Knowing the money I had in hand made me feel like I had softened my mind.
Isn't it because the temperature of the building was warm?
