The Ginza 5-chome Project (tentative name), a large commercial facility under construction 
at the Sukiyabashi intersection introduced in this blog earlier, will be grand opening on March 31, next year as "Tokyu Plaza Ginza".
Tokyu Plaza Ginza has 5 floors below ground to 11 floors above ground, with a total floor area of approximately 50,000 square meters.
In addition to stores such as fashion, miscellaneous goods and food, cafes and restaurants, new Tokyu Department Stores and Tokyu Hands stores and duty-free shops will also open.
