Currently, the "2015 Asahi Camera Award Winner Exhibition" is being held at Canon Gallery Ginza in Ginza 3-chome.
"Asahi Camera" was launched in 1926. From the monthly contest with a history of about 90 years, the award-winning works of the Asahi Camera Award, which are awarded to applicants who have achieved excellent results throughout the year, are exhibited.
In 2015, there were about 40,000 entries ()
in four categories: "Color Print", "Monochrome Print", "Gumi Photo", and "First Step", and among them, amateurs selected 42 works of the highest standard are on display.
Both color and black and white are all wonderful works that I long for if I could take such a picture.
The exhibition period is from Thursday, January 14 to 20 (Wed).
Opening hours are from 10:30 to 18:30, and Sunday is closed.
