Jukasha 19 called his last name Shigeta and was born in 1765 in Suruga (Shizuoka City). Later, he went to Edo and became a writer with Nihonbashi publisher Saburo Tsuta Tanishige, and wrote many yellow covers and fashionable books. Above all, "Tokaido Naka-Kurige" is a well-known story that the main characters, Tochimenya Yajirobei and Kitahachi, travel on the Tokaido from Nihonbashi, and arrive in Kyoto after Ise Sangu Shrine. The sequel was repeated and became a 19 representative work.
He died in 1831 (1832) and was buried in Toyoin in Asakusa permanent residence town. Toyoin was relocated to the area after the Great Kanto Earthquake, and graves were also moved.
The next resignation is engraved on the tombstone.
If you leave this world with the smoke of incense stick in your spare time.

The tomb is registered as a Central Residents' Cultural Property as a deeply involved in the history and culture of the city.
