I made an bread at the "Kimura family"!

[Marsha Horiuchi of Edo] February 17, 2016 14:00

On the afternoon of February 13, a hands-on pattern of a town walk tour organized by the Central Tourism Association; "Experience making anpan and cocktail making experience in Ginza! "
I've enjoyed it more than enough!

In the evening, I was invited to spring first, and in a gentle atmosphere, Ginza participated in making anpan in a gentle atmosphere, going to the 4th floor of "Kimuraya" in Ginza 4-chome, famous for sake varieties Anpan, slightly late.

Kimuraya is a long-established store founded in 1869, and has been running since the introduction of Western bread making technology along with the opening of Yokohama in late Tokugawa shogunate.

Under the guidance of an anpan-making master, until Anpan burns that brown, the base like the soft skin of the baby as shown in the photo and the scent of some sake koji (Koji) scent in Honoka.
Wrap the sweet bean paste on the base, and put the salted leaves of the cherry blossoms in the middle to finish! It is baked in a kettle on the 7th floor.
And on the first floor, we prepared bread for breakfast tomorrow. As usual, there are a lot of customers and foreigners.

Until Anpan's baked for two hours, you can experience cocktail making at the "Rose of the Desert" in Ginza 2-chome, where you can eat, at the dining BAR.
As shown in the photo, at a counter with a cool adult atmosphere, shake Shaking New York based on Bourbon and make cocktails at a bar in Ginza.
I experienced it. It seems that there are as many as 450 bars in Ginza, but if you know a shop that feels good like this, you know it.
I felt like it was easy to drink on some anniversary, and I came to want to stop by again.
Bartender of the "Rose of the Desert", told me that I like it is good at things.
