On March 10th, at Tsukiji River Park next to St. Luke's International University, "Cherry Flowers", which signal the coming of spring, are blooming.
This flower will entertain us until March 20.
After that, the Yoshino cherry tree in the same garden begins to bloom. The flowering is early this year, so it will begin to bloom around March 21.
From the same time to the beginning of April, "Hananoki" will tell you the coming of spring with red buds and small pretty flowers.
On the south side, cute white flowers of "Yukiyanagi" are beginning to bloom.
After this, the "Renkyo" planted next to it will bloom yellow flowers and become lively.
It's almost time for the shiny pink flowers of the cherry blossoms planted on the sidewalk to tell you, "It's spring!"
Please drop in during shopping in Tsukiji and Akashicho.

It is a long-established (established in 1956) "Kyoraku" next to Winds Ginza, along Ginza Marronnier Street, Ginza 2-chome, next to Ginza Winds Ginza.
By the way, Winds Ginza is the out-of-the-field Katsuma voting ticket sales office of the Japan Racing Association.
There is a ticketing machine right after passing through the goodwill of the store, but if you order () and give money in words, the person at the store will issue the ticket.
I ordered "Chinese soba".
It is a medium-sized noodle soy sauce ramen, and the soup has a seafood flavor.
I like this here because the texture of the menma is soft and the flavor is strong.
I'm a "Chinese soba" fan, but when I listen to the order, it seems that one tanmen is the most common.
There are a lot of regulars, and orders are passed by "anytime".
The feature of this shop is that the people in the shop feel good.
However, it seems that this shop and building will be closed temporarily on Wednesday, March 16 to rebuild the building.
Also, it is said that business will resume in the same place, but for a while I can't eat Chinese soba here.

Nihonbashi Nagasakikan, an antenna shop in Nagasaki Prefecture, opened on Monday, March 7 on the first floor of "Urban Net Nihonbashi 2-chome Building" along Eitai-dori St.
In recent years, we have seen many antenna shops in Chuo-ku, but "Tokyo Class A Gourmet Vol.1 (2016 January)" "According to the fact that there are 47 antenna shops nationwide from Nihonbashi to Ginza to Tsukiji areas. This is the first time that Nagasaki Prefecture has opened an antenna shop, and it conveys the appeal of Nagasaki, not only the standard products of Nagasaki Prefecture. The store consists of four zones: 1 "Tourist Information", 2 "Product Sales", 3 "Light Food and Drink", and 4 "Events".
①In the "Tourist Information" zone, you can carefully guide you from standard tourist spots to hidden sightseeing spots that are not yet known. In addition, the shelf on the right has tourist pamphlets of the prefecture, so you can check the latest information on Nagasaki here.
②In the "Product Sales" zone, not only classic products such as Castella and Champon, but also excellent products that are not yet known and hidden gems are sold in the Tokyo metropolitan area, "Nagasaki souvenirs that can only be purchased here."

This video introduces the "Meiji Japan's Industrial Revolution Heritage" registered in World Heritage last July and "Nagasaki Churches and Christianity-related Heritage" aiming to be registered as a World Cultural Heritage with large models (such as Gunkanjima) and powerful images.
④In the "Slight meal" Thorn, there is a counter seat where you can taste Nagasaki's specialty sweets, tea, sake, etc. In addition, it seems that you can compare Nagasaki's specialty sake, such as "Iki Shochu", which is said to be the birthplace of barley Shochu.
At "Nihonbashi Nagasakikan", from March 7 (Mon) to 21 (Mon./holiday), a great deal of first sale "Barban behaviour of opening celebration! "It's inside (pictured).

As you know, bonito flakes are Japanese food that uses mold, but it seems that the purpose differs in Osaka and Edo in the first place. For the purpose of preventing mold of Osaka malignant mold, molding was performed only once. --> Squirrel I added mold several times for the purpose of making Edo delicious and good quality. The difference in the purpose of molding influenced the culture of taste in the east and west.
We were struggling to deal with mold generated when transporting bonito from the main bonito areas of bonito, Tosa and Satsuma. In the meantime, he came up with a method to prevent malignant mold by producing excellent mold on the surface. The bonito flakes gathered in Osaka were transported by boat to Edo, but it took about a month depending on the weather. There was still a lot of water and mold during transportation. In addition, each time mold occurs during storage in Edo period. The Edo wholesaler noticed that the bonito flakes became good during this repetition.
By saying, it is exactly the same as "to control poison with poison."
There are Arabushi, Satsumabushi, Arabushi, etc., but please visit the website.
The process of aging while draining water was repeated by adding mold to the rough section. It is said to be the main section, the dead section, and the honkabushi (honkabushi).
A molded around 3 of this section A molded with 4 or more of this wilt In the Kanto region, the main and bonsai are called bonito flakes. (It is said that Japanese food is preferred worldwide, but the EU prohibits importing molded (used) foods, but bonito flakes are OK with exceptions.)
Although consumption has decreased for a while, it is still on the table due to the development of products such as "fresh packs".

It seems that they originally traded mosquito nets. It is said that this mosquito net was dyed green and that it was costly to make it feel cool. The episode of the birth of the Oomi Mosquito Net seems to have been described in several historical materials and handed down.
Yamamoto-noriten Co., Ltd. Founded in 1849, 1849 The amount consumed at home is decreasing (breakfast changes from rice to bread) but the consumption of Japan as a whole has not changed. (Increase in demand for rice balls at convenience stores, etc.) Yoko Yamamoto has been certified as a Guinness Record as "the longest exclusive contract year in the world." In fact, Shima Iwashita, who has been a commercial character for menade cosmetics for many years, was certified as Guinness. Nori Yamamoto also knew, and when he looked at the company's history, it turned out that Yoko Yamamoto's contract history exceeded. It means that you have been certified by applying for Guinness.
