Wappahani [Nihonbashi Fukushimakan]

We ate "wappa rice" at Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE, an antenna shop in Fukushima Prefecture in Nihonbashi.

"Wappa" is a container made by bending a thin cedar board, served with rice cooked with a thin dashi, and steamed with seasonal fish etc. is regional cuisine, Fukushima Prefecture.

"Wappa rice" of "Fukushimakan" was full of ingredients.

Rice is Fukushima's "Koshi Hikari" purchased from contracted farmers.

"Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE" is located on the 1st floor of Yanagiya Taiyo Building, 4-3-16 Nihonbashi Muromachi.

"MIDETTE" is a dialect of Fukushima Prefecture, meaning "see, come and see."
