At "REIJINSHA GALLERY" in Ginza 6-chome, an exhibition "On the Wild Night" by two three-dimensional modeling artists, Natsue Tomioka and Nozomi Ueno, has been held from March 18th.
Mr. Tomioka and Mr. Ueno are three-dimensional modeling artists who create works with animal motifs.
In this exhibition, works in the shape of various animals are displayed in a gallery divided into "daytime" and "night" by lighting, showing a scene like a zoo.
The texture of your work was completely different, and it was a good contrast in the gallery.
Mr. Tomioka exhibited 28 pottery works including 12 new works such as owlmomonga, Mitsuyubinamakemono, Kinshiko, black woodpecker and Hakuba.
In producing the work, Tomioka started by examining the ecology of animals, stacking clay "strings" to shape the work.
Mr. Ueno exhibited 23 works, including 16 new works, including 16 new works, including giant anteater who smokes at the window of the apartment, and two piglets that fly rubber bands outside, in addition to "Marmanzu Manulneko" and "Tsukuishi".
"I expressed the everyday life composed of small events that are supposed to be seen but not noticeable, through the figure of anthropomorphized animals. I hope that the viewer will be free to enjoy it with memories and thoughts." This is Mr. Ueno's words.
Opening hours are from 12:00 to 19:00, and Sunday and Monday are closed days.
The period is until April 1st.
