Hanamomomo in full bloom

[The Minnie Cricket] 12:00 on April 7, 2016

On top of Shin-Tomicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, Hanamomomo was planted in river’s edge (), where the Tsukiji River (now reclaimed and became the exit of the Metropolitan Expressway), is in full bloom.

Hanamomomo is a cold-resistant deciduous shrub of the family Rosaceae, characterized by flowers of clear color.

It is a peach that has been improved to appreciate flowers, and it is actually small and not suitable for food.

Hanamomomo, which was planted on the Tsukiji side instead of the Shintomi side between Tsukijibashi and Irifunebashi, has a broom standing and has red, pink and white flowers.

Hanamomomo here is thought to be "Terute Momo" in terms of varieties.

You can see clearly from the top of Tsukijibashi and Irifunebashi, so please look at Hanamomo in full bloom.

The map below is the location of the red frame between Tsukijibashi and Irifunebashi
