Aji no Hamato Tsukiji Main Store

[rosemary sea] April 10, 2016 19:54

Rosemary sea is covered with the concept of "gifts, and enjoy yourself."

I visited Mr. Tsukiji Honten of Ajino Hamato.

As you know, a long-established store established in 1925 has opened stores in department stores and stations in five prefectures in one prefecture.

There are also lunch boxes and restaurants.

Saikyo-zuke and other pickled fish, eel kabayaki, and tofu manufacture and sell soy milk, oden seeds, and nori products.

Tsukiji Honten opened 11 years ago as a store for general customers, taking over the Tsukiji store since 1936.

I asked the manager. Morokoshi-age is the most popular thing that can be eaten on the spot, and it is said that 1,000 pieces can be sold on many days.

There are kelp rolls, grilled fish, and pickled fish that are perfect for gifts.

This is my favorite tuna charshue. The seasoning is exactly charshu, and even those who hate pork can taste charshu.

I just arrived just by saying Tsukiji 4-11-4, "Middle of Tsukiji Outer Market".
