The rebuilding of Suitengu, which began in 2014, has been completed and general worship has started on April 8. Today is the fourth day, actually I arrived at Suitenmiya Station yesterday, but a long line from the station, the first public "Dog Day" and Sunday, and it seems that there was a special feature on TV the day before, around 2:00 in the afternoon I waited for 4 hours in the morning, or it was up to today.

I was able to visit today without much waiting, and I had a bill and a lucky dog in shrine office, which was completely clean. The entire precincts have a seismic isolation structure, and the number guidance for those who receive prayers will be notified via video. It's amazing!

It is said that 2018 will be the 200th year of Edo Jinza, but as you know, Suitengu was the residence god of the lower house of the Arima family of the Kurume clan in Mita Akabane during the Edo period. It was recommended by Kurume in 1818, and was reputed to be safe from water shortages, and it was decided to accept general worship on the 5th of every month. In the Edo period, it was called "American Arima no Mizutengu" because of its popularity with Toyokawainari, a lower house of the Akasaka Ooka family. It moved to Nihonbashikakigaracho in 1872 and has become a local attraction. Mizutengu-mae police box, which was closed, is also located at the corner of the original intersection.

I came to ask for a bill to be late for those who are on maternity leave, but the dog papier wearing this colander will be cute. When you put the "bamboo" on the "dog" on the "dog", it resembles the word "laugh", so it is said that it is lucky items with the wish of "gogo" (gogo)". Large and small, this is "small" 500 yen.

Please come and visit Mr. Mizutengu, who has become completely new.

It's just a short walk from Suitengu subway station.
