"Hatsukatsuo" fair held [Marugoto Kochi]

It's the season of the first bonito

The first bonito fair is being held at Marugoto Kochi, an antenna shop in Kochi Prefecture facing Sotobori-dori St., Ginza 1-chome.

It seems that Kochi Prefecture has the highest consumption of bonito in Japan.

That's why () knows how to eat bonito, and not only sashimi and tataki, but also bonito related products such as various processed products and dashi products are sold.

From the photo below, from the right, I purchased "Gyoga taste Tosa's bonito (only mixed with hot rice), "Toro bonito", and "Katsuo horned garlic miso taste served miso".
