"New Artist Exhibition VOL.4-From North" is currently being held at MASATAKA CONTEMPORARY in the planned gallery.
The location is on the first basement floor of Sansho Building, 3-2-9 Nihonbashi.
The period is from Saturday, March 26 to April 23 (Sat).
Opening hours are from 11:00 to 19:00, and Sunday, Monday and public holidays are closed.
Last time, From West was two people from the Kansai area (as introduced on this blog), but this time from North was a "New Artist Exhibition" for two consecutive periods by three artists from the Tohoku and Hokkaido areas.
Here is Miki Yamada's work, which is expressed using Inai Ishi, which is produced in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, where the artist was born.
Click here for the work of Yuki Saito (from Miyagi Prefecture), an oil painting with the motif of the dream you see when you sleep.
A work by Shun Tsuchida (from Hokkaido), who expresses the image of "death" and "life" with pencil drawings.
The works of three artists with different styles and themes are exhibited in a limited gallery space, and each artist can appreciate it clearly because they are humblely and sincerely working on the work.
The exhibition of three artists from the northern country, three artists, was very interesting and quietly appreciated.
Thank you for your understanding of the photography in the gallery.
