We visited Eitaro Sohonho, who is also a member of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, and his Nihonbashi Main Store to hear the story.

It's full of topics.

First of all, there are two hot news.

① The Japanese sweets of Eitaro Sohonpo are on display at "G7 Ise-Shima Summit 2016" (May 26-27).

At the request of the National Japanese Confectionery Association in response to a request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, two works, Eitaro Sohonho and Toraya, were exhibited. . It was a brilliant appeal as a representative of Japanese sweets. The photo above is Eitaro's exhibition. The vivid works of scissors chrysanthemums in the upper center and yellow and orange are eye-catching. Scissors chrysanthemum is one of the most difficult tasks in making fresh sweets.

② Eitaro Sohonho's Anmitsu won the Japan Gift Awards 2016 Tokyo Award. I'm happy and unbearable to interview you focusing on gifts. It seems that this anmitsu was made with the idea of "at home with a freshly made taste in the Nihonbashi Main Store Cafe Room".

Introducing the products of the shop.
