Benzaiten Tookuro Lion Tour [Tsukiji Namishi Inari Shrine]

On the afternoon of June 12, the imperial procession of the Benzaiten tooth black lion at the Tsukiji Lion Festival at Tsukiji Namishi Inari Shrine.

The location is the red arrow on the map below, where the lion enters Harumi-dori St. from Heisei Dori and turns 90 degrees to the left.

This section was a cruise only by female bearers.

The tooth black lion is a large wooden carved female lion with a height of 2.15 meters, a width of 2.5 meters and a weight of 700 kg, with a Benzaiten on the back of the lion that is not usually seen.

Since this year's "Tsukiji Lion Festival" is a shadow festival, it is said that imperial procession will be held by the Senukigu portable shrine and the Benzaiten Otoguro Lion.
