Chiyomanmi Tokyo is a Udon restaurant located on the first basement floor of Tokyo Square Garden, a commercial building directly connected to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line.
The origin of the store name "Chiyomanmi" seems to be Chiyo (Chiyo = eternal) Man (satisfaction) Mi (taste).
The shop is very open and comfortable.
For lunch, I ordered beef stewed udon as a single item.
The spicy taste of this beef stew is good.
At lunchtime, udon is served as a set of martoku udon noodles, egg rice, curry rice, rice balls, and oinari each.
You can also choose the udon from kake, chicken, shrimp, beef stew, fox, vegetable, and chicken curry.
The set is quite volumey.
Night is night, and it becomes an izakaya with plenty of sake brands.
However, this is also udon.
