Tokyo Square Garden, a green and eco-friendly building that has been introduced several times before, has been certified as an Oasis in 2016.
"Urban Oasis" is certified by SEGES, a social and environmental contribution green space evaluation system operated by the Urban Greening Organization. (Kyobashi no Oka) "was certified.
At the same time, in Chuo-ku, "Ginza Terrace" in the Mitsukoshi Ginza store is also certified.
Prior to that, "Harumi Island Triton Square" in Chuo-ku and "Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi Main Store Rooftop Chelsea Garden" were certified.
As a certification standard, it seems that it is a privately owned green space located in an urban area (in an urbanized area) and meets the following conditions.
Publicity (available and accessible to the general public)
Safety (the manager is clear, daily maintenance is performed, and safety in use is ensured)
Consideration for the environment (environmental considerations such as suppressing urban warming and conserving biodiversity)
There are three of them.
The Kyobashi Hill of Tokyo Square Garden is planted with a lot of trees, from the first basement floor to the fifth floor above the ground, and it delights our eyes every season.
There were benches on the terrace on the third floor, and many people were having lunch surrounded by planting at lunchtime when I visited.
Indeed, it was a "green space where people can relax and relax."
