Mowi Salmon Store (outside Tsukiji)

[Chuo Kotaro] September 28, 2016 09:00

I met a shop dealing with salmon with a slightly unusual name in Tsukiji, so I would like to introduce it.
I think.
A salmon with an unfamiliar name called Mowi Salmon (Mowi Salmon)
This is a shop specializing in it.

Walk toward Kachidokibashi from the intersection of Tsukiji 4-chome, and walk a little before entering the waveguide street.
It's located along Harumi-dori St.
The color of white and orange between sushi and Kadoyama is eye-catching.
There's a shop.

Speaking of salmon in Japan, white salmon, red salmon, and silver salmon. The name "salmon" is King Salmon.
Atlantic salmon, trout salmon, etc. are noticeable when they goggle.
I've heard the name of each one.

By the way, the first landing in Japan recently entered the Tokyu Plaza Ginza store.
"Baric Salmon" at "Caviar House & Prunnier/Sandwich House".
I saw you deal with "salmon" called "salmon", but this is the type of salmon.
Instead, the salmon from Norway was smoked by a certain method.
I think I'll call you.

Yeah,
Mowisalmon is located on the Norway, Marine Harvest.
The world's largest producer of aquaculture salmon
It seems to be a variety that has been developed over 50 years.
The world's best Norwegian salmon lineage
It is a proud premium brand that we have inherited.

The shop itself is a directly managed store of Marine Harvest (the first in Japan).
It opened in February of this year (2016).

Although it is a product handled, it can be used for fillet (not cut) or cut off.
Of course, you can buy it, but you can also buy marinade as a side dish.

There are two types of marinades that use raw (Japanese style and genobese style) and smoked ones.
1 type (Italy style)
There are a total of 3 types, 700 yen per 100g for raw and 100g for smoke.
It's 1200 yen. (I feel like smoke was said to be a Belgian manufacturing method.)

There are also packaged products that combine marinade with raw vegetables.
1,000 yen pack with a fixed amount of salmon.
Vegetable fee 500 yen + salmon fee.
There is a pack that allows you to freely select the type and amount of salmon.
Vegetables are also fresh vegetables purchased at Tsukiji, trepis, Ladish, Selbachiko, etc.
Red core radish, ruccolla,
Somehow high-quality vegetables such as Castel Franco are used.
Yes. If you want to enjoy it easily, do you buy marinade in grams or pack vegetables?

I tasted three kinds of marinades, but all of them were smooth and delicious without habit.
That's right.
If you buy a pack with vegetables and eat it with cheese, wine or sake, you can enjoy it.
I feel like it. Would it be better to prepare crackers or bread?

Then, as another signboard product, a special called "Mowisalmon Sandwich"
I have some sandwiches.
The price is as high as 2000 yen, but French bread and truffle.
A lot of tamago, and smoke-mowisammon
It is sandwiched, considering the material and quantity of the ingredients.
I guess it's not cheap.

By the way, the bread is from a famous bakery in the neighborhood of Tsukiji.

I didn't tell you somewhere, but is that bakery on the settlement Chuo-dori?
I tried to buy one Mowisamon Sandwich. As expected, premium
It was delicious.
