I ordered "Kitakata Ramen"
The soup is made with no habitual pork bone soup.
The noodles are made with shrinked noodles, and the soup stock is tasty.
It contains 
5 pieces of specially made pork
which are soft anyway.
There are rice and pickles service at lunchtime.
