Autumn harvest at Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm

[Marsha Horiuchi of Edo] September 13, 2016 12:00

In the spring of this year (May), we planted eggplants and ginger in Ginza.

This fall, I went to harvest the vegetables.

The place is the Tenku Farm of Hakutsuru, a sake of Ginza 5-chome.

From Mr. Oda, the director of the farm, the natural joy of getting the soil, and the production of rice, which is the core of sake.
Lively with about 20 volunteers while listening to stories about these vegetable making.
I spent some time on Saturday morning.

"I'm going to want to do something with the soil", how about everyone?

(At the intersection of Ginza 5-chome, Sapporo-san's innovative design GINZA PLACE stands.
The basement beer hall will open, and Sony and others will open from September 24.
I think it's fun.
