Grape for wine!

In Shiojiri City, in addition to concord / Niagara, which inherits the tradition, various varieties such as Chardonnay, Muscat Baly A, Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated in addition to the world-renowned Mellow, but this tasting is Ryugan, Chardonnay, Black Queen, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot.

In general, raw grapes have large grains and a tightly packed appearance without gaps, pursue freshness and ease of eating, thin skin, small seeds, modest acidity, and sweetness. It is said that it is easy to feel.

On the other hand, wine brewing grapes have small grains, ventilation (prevention of illness) and sunshine (increase in sugar content), the bunch has many gaps, the skin is thick, the seeds are large, and the sugar content (more than 20 degrees) Despite the fact that the sourness is strong, the sweetness tends to be masked, but it is said to be a rich taste with a sense of condensed.
