Recently, when the cold suddenly increases, and when the smell of pork bones shook his nose on the way home from work, he stops at a ramen shop casually.

Immediately after entering from Ginza 3-chome, Showa-dori, it can be said to be behind Kabukiza Theater, at first glance, it is "Yama-chan", a pork bone ramen shop marked with red lanterns with a stall-like appearance.

Ordering the royal road "Nagahama Ramen" (the style of purchasing a meal ticket first)

Naturally, you can specify the hardness of the noodles.

The quick movement of the shop is pleasant, and it is a rice bowl in about 5 minutes.

The ingredients are char siu and green onion. The noodles are thin noodles.

The expression is similar to the moon, but it is rich but smooth pork bone soup

I love it.
