The taste of the knees of Suitengu Shrine-Miharado Main Store-

[rosemary sea] December 3, 2016 14:00

This is the rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as an agenda.

I wrote "Hello" in the title, but originally it is connected to "General's ~" or "Don's ~".

Suitengu has roots in the feudal lord of the Kurume Domain in Kyushu and Yorinori Arima's Edo Yashiki. So I wonder if there is still after Suitengu.

We interviewed Mr. Miharada, Senior Managing Director of Mihara Domoto Co., Ltd. and Mr. Ito, Sales Department.

The Mihara Domoto store was founded in 1877. Now the third generation.

At the beginning of the company, it seems that it was manufactured and sold only during the castle.

You can still get it during the talisman.

In addition, Japanese sweets include dorayaki, bean Daifuku, dumplings, fresh sweets, Honrenyokan, and others.

Salt rice crackers are also the main product.

There are plenty of Western sweets such as cakes.

Anyway, it's a treasure trove of delicious things. Please enjoy it.

This is an introduction of the product. It has a meal lipo.

We also use red beans here. It's a great deal.

The brown color is slightly dark because soy sauce is mixed in the skin.

Demonstration is sold 3 to 4 times a day.

"A firm, crumbling," Mr. Tsan, 3.

"The skin is fluffy. The red beans are refreshing and sweet." Mr. Si.

"It's just right sweet." Mr. T. 2.

In addition, the seasonal dorayaki is now Mont Blanc. (The lower left in the photo)

White and marron. It is scented with rum.

Cherry blossoms at the beginning of the year, matcha in spring, and lemon in summer.

"I'm glad that the slight taste of lamb matched with the bean." Mr. F Yu.

"It's exactly Mont Blanc cake. It was very delicious." Mr. F River.

"Collaboration of Western and Japanese sweets. It was delicious." Mr. S branch.

The beans outside, where you can see, are slightly salty red peas.

"It's delicious because the saltiness of the beans matches the sweetness of the bean." Rosmali family.

DSC01665a.jpgSalt rice crackers.

Salt is natural salt from Hakata and white crystal rock salt from Germany.

Both are mineral-rich salt that is gentle to the body.

It is baked with carefully selected glutinous rice. When you take it out of the bag, you will feel the scent of soy sauce.

Would you like a gift?

"The crumbled rice is chewy. The aroma of soy sauce and the refreshing aftertaste of salt were very good. " Mr. S Yama.

"Thin taste and health-conscious." O.

"It was salty and delicious." Mr. Ikura.
