Popular Japanese sweets that resonate with the five senses-Genkichoan Soke ~

This is a rosemary sea where we set up "Gift and Enjoy yourself".

 

Today, we visited Soke Minamoto Kikkoan Ginza Main Store.

I was taken care of by Nakahara Manager of Soke Genkichichoan Ginza Main Store.

Here, the Ginza main store opened in November 2005.

It is very famous for its original fruit confectionery made with fruits.

You can buy Japanese sweets made with the heart in a sophisticated interior decoration that can be mistaken for a jewelry store.

We use one whole dried persimmon of Ichida from Nagano prefecture.

Dried persimmons were packed with white bean paste and wrapped in yokan thinly.

In addition, it looks like a hand that sprinkles dust.

It is a gem with a beautiful appearance that combines the goodness of the material and the skill.

The selected chestnuts are sweetly cooked, wrapped in chestnut bean paste, and covered with rice cakes and chestnuts.

You can have lunch kaiseki for lunch and dinner kaiseki at night.

You can enjoy the delicious Ginza while having a relaxing chat in a private room.

There are tables and parlors for about 2 to 14 people.

You can enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients.

In this season, there is also a fugu kaiseki.
